David Johnson

David is an Australian-based property development executive with extensive experience across residential, high-end hospitality, and commercial sectors. He has held General Manager and Director roles within subsidiaries of Global 500 companies, delivering complex, large-scale mixed-use developments, including 500 Pacific Highway, St Leonards (The Landmark).

He has a strong track record in establishing and leading development platforms, with expertise spanning land acquisition, development strategy and delivery, capital structuring, off-the-plan sales and marketing, contract negotiation, and construction oversight. His experience includes the arrangement of both senior and mezzanine financing facilities.

David holds a Master of Architecture from institutions in Australia and the Netherlands and currently serves in a number of non-executive director roles within the property sector.

Basil Lim

Basil Lim is a Malaysian-born Australian building designer with a stellar career that began at Sydney's prestigious Anchor Mortlock Woolley firm. Wilson Hu

Wilson Hu is a Senior Project Manager with over 12 years in building construction, progressing through estimating, coordination, contract administration, and project management. His broad experience gives him strong end-to-end project delivery capabilities across planning, procurement, cost control, programme management, and quality assurance. With a civil engineering background, he manages complex construction activities and ensures compliance with Australian Standards. Wilson's leadership and communication skills enable effective team management and stakeholder coordination to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

Daniel Barber

Daniel has 15 years' experience in both the public and private sectors. He currently provides clients with specialist advice on all matters relevant to the statutory and regulatory planning environment and the management of complicated development projects. Daniel holds a Masters Degree in Property Development, Bachelor of Planning and is a Certified Practicing Planner.

Daniel established his career working at City of Sydney, Ku-ring-gai and Woollahra Councils in planning. He has spent the last decade in the private sector as a Senior Planning Consultant and most recently as the Head of Planning for a reputable property developer.

His extensive experience presenting at s34 Conciliation Conferences via the Land and Environment Court of NSW and Local Planning Panel meetings has sharpened his communication skills which when paired with his natural client-oriented focus achieves outcomes unmatched by other firms.

Russell Cotton

For over 20 years Russell has worked for many of Australia's premier developers and agencies. A specialist in the Sydney and Melbourne markets, Russell ventured to Malaysia in 2013 to broaden his horizons and career. Russell was the International Sales Director for RPM Real Estate Group and Salta Properties during his 4-year tenure in Malaysia.

Russell returned to Australia in 2017 to focus on the needs of local and offshore clients in both the primary and secondary property markets as well as advising property owners on planning and development opportunities.

Jasper Gao

Jasper Gao is a multidisciplinary design student currently studying a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture at the University of New South Wales, with a previous background in art design. His education has given him a strong foundation in landscape architecture, urban analysis, spatial design, and visual communication.

He is a highly adaptable member of the team, bringing a detail-oriented approach to site analysis across various software. His experience across design practice, planning-related research, and nursery work allows him to understand projects from both creative and practical perspectives.
